DOWNTOWN MANSFIELD EVENT INFORMATION

Seventh Annual Holiday Parade: Downtown Mansfield Incorporated announces the Seventh Annual Holiday Parade. The parade will take place on Saturday, November 21 at 10:00am. The parade will travel south on Main Street, west on Park Avenue and will end at Walnut Street. In honor of Richland County’s Santa Claus, Ken Cole, his wife Mrs. Karen Cole and daughter Ms. Teresa Boner will act as the Grand Marshal of the parade. Because of Mr. Cole’s longtime commitment to the children of Mansfield and Richland County, the staff at DMI felt this selection suited the true spirit of the Holiday Parade. Toy Time contributions will be accepted throughout the parade at Richland Carrousel Park. Following the parade join us at the season opening of the Tiny Tim Shoppe. The Tiny Tim Shoppe offers volunteer assisted Christmas shopping for children. December First Friday Shop Hop: On Friday, December 4 spend an evening in the Carrousel District. Beginning at 5pm, enjoy dinner, drink and merchandise specials throughout the stores in the Carrousel District. Stop in at the Richland Carrousel Park and show your support for Friends of the Mansfield Parks during the Christmas celebration complete with hors d'oeuvers sponsored by Chuck Hahn, Cleveland Financial and entertainment provided by the Moonlighters.
