The arts are great, but are you and your friends looking for someplace to play? We have that, too. The Axe Social Lounge is such fun and is perfect for a random Sunday Funday or a whole company party or family get-together, bonus points for releasing some holiday stress while you’re at it.
Naturally, the Richland Carrousel Park is the spot for unique family fun and is located in the perfect spot for a quick break from all the shopping and dining in the Carrousel District. People of all ages can fit in a couple of Carrousel Rides this season!
No way we could forget the newly open Buckeye Imagination Museum! If you have family in town with kids, do yourselves a favor and plan to swing by this amazing space for a few hours to give the kids some creative and active playtime. Bonus points for stopping by the downtown-themed play stations inside the museum and their real-life downtown location!
For the book, research, and museum lovers in your family, The Mansfield Richland Public Library, Mansfield Memorial Museum, and Oak Hill Cottage are spots you don’t want to miss out on this season!
You will also not want to miss the event of the season, the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at Richland Carrousel Park. This event takes place Friday, December 2nd from 5-8pm and will have Carriage rides, Llamas, kids activities as well as performers singing the songs of the season.
